Our pipe compounds are engineered to meet the performance requirements of heating, sanitary and industrial pipeline applications. The portfolio includes crosslinkable polyethylene compounds for PEX-b heating pipes and black HDPE compounds for protective steel pipe coating systems.
SP-PE-X1N is a two-step, silane-grafted, moisture-crosslinkable high-density polyethylene compound developed for PEX-b pipe production. It provides improved heat resistance and long-term durability compared with conventional polyethylene. The compound can be processed using standard extruders together with SP-PE-CATX1N catalyst masterbatch. Crosslinking occurs through moisture exposure.

SP-PC-B10 is a black high-density polyethylene compound developed for multilayer protective coating systems used on steel pipelines. It helps protect underground pipelines against corrosion, moisture, chemicals and demanding environmental conditions. Its well-dispersed 2–2.5% carbon black content provides excellent UV and weather resistance while supporting long-term outdoor performance.
